Worldwide Orders: Direct Shipping from China

NİSSPART products ordered internationally are shipped directly from a supplier in China, unless otherwise stated on the product page. We deliver only to destinations with a valid shipping option at checkout. Shipping costs vary by location and product and are displayed before payment.

Import Duties and Customs — DAP

Unless expressly indicated otherwise, shipments are sent under Delivered at Place (DAP) terms. The buyer is responsible for customs clearance, import duties, import VAT/taxes, and brokerage or carrier clearance fees upon arrival. These costs are generally not included in the product or shipping price. Local customs or carriers may request identification, documents, or payment before delivery. Where applicable law requires the seller or sales platform to collect taxes at checkout, that requirement prevails.

Delivery, Tracking, and Compatibility

Orders are dispatched after payment and stock confirmation. Tracking details are shared when provided by the carrier. Shipping and customs processing times vary; stated estimates are not guaranteed. Please verify your vehicle details, gearbox model, and OEM part number before ordering. Some goods may be restricted or unavailable for delivery in specific destinations.

Customer Rights

Any mandatory consumer rights and NİSSPART's applicable refund policy remain effective. DAP terms do not waive responsibilities imposed on the seller by applicable law. If a shipment cannot be arranged for your destination, we will contact you about the available cancellation or refund options.

Türkçe — Uluslararası Kargo ve Gümrük

Uluslararası siparişlerimiz, ürün sayfasında aksi belirtilmedikçe Çin'deki tedarikçimizin deposundan doğrudan gönderilir. Teslimat yalnızca ödeme ekranında kargo seçeneği bulunan ülkeler için sunulur. Kargo ücretleri varış ülkesi ve ürüne göre değişir.

DAP koşulları: Aksi açıkça belirtilmediği sürece varış ülkesindeki gümrükleme, ithalat vergileri, KDV ve gümrük müşavirliği/taşıyıcı ücretleri alıcıya aittir; bu masraflar genellikle ürün ve kargo bedeline dahil değildir. Yerel mevzuat gereği satıcının veya platformun vergiyi tahsil etme yükümlülüğü varsa bu yükümlülük geçerlidir.

Ürünler ödeme ve stok onayı sonrası sevk edilir. Taşıyıcının verdiği takip numarası paylaşılır; gümrük işlemleri teslimatı geciktirebilir. Sipariş öncesinde şanzıman ve OEM parça numarası uygunluğunu kontrol edin. Zorunlu tüketici hakları ile yürürlükteki iade politikası saklıdır.
